Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)
We deliver across Pakistan via trusted courier partners. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping
We ship to 28+ countries worldwide via Rapid Express, Skynet, and DHL. Shipping rates are determined as per the current rates of the respective courier companies and will be communicated to the customer at the time of order. Estimated delivery time for international orders is 10–20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Please note:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees charged by your country's customs authority are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Mavi Outfits has no control over customs delays and cannot be held responsible for any additional charges imposed at the border.
- For EU customers: you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment through the courier's website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs, and an unboxing video (if available). We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
